Wrong Screws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for the 3 long screws that are used to attach the microwave to the bottom of the cabinet above the stove. Instead I received what appears to be the screws that attach the shell to the microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working 2 months after warranty period

We thought it was a pretty good microwave til it completely quit working without warning almost exactly 2 months AFTER the one year warranty ended. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An inch smaller!!!

We are pleased with the features, which are similar to previious microwave. More importantly, the depth is 1 inch less than previous one!

i hate the keypad panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave seem to work ok, not the most powerful, however, i am very upset with the discoloration on the keypad where we press the numbers for cooking. We have just had this microwave 6 months and the panel looks terrible. This should not look bad already! I think the panel should be replaced and upgraded to not have this happen
