Really Disappointing

Bought Sept 2019 now 17 months later it's dead. Has electricity, nothing works. Just a flash and poof! it's dead. I expected more from Frigidaire. Our last one lasted for almost 10 years.

Stopped Working

Old micro worked for 17 years. After only 2 years of moderate use, the new one keeps tripping the breaker. Now trying to decide whether to repair or purchase a new one.

Poor Quality

We have Frigidaire appliances in a new construction home that are just over a year old. The microwave has given out already and can not find a replacement to match. Not sure I want to replace it with Frigidaire if it is only going to last just beyond the year warranty. Very disappointing!

Repair Required Less Tham 3 Months From Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave in my new construction home made a boom noise during use. Opened microwave to find the turntable cracked. Upon closing the door, the motor continuously ran. Eventually had to disconnect and contact warranty. Local repair company confirmed defects and has ordered replacement parts, which requires me to continue to wait for the ability to use. I have been without use for weeks now. Would not recommend this product in the future.
