Bad Microwave

Microwave came with new house - everyone in the neighborhood has the same one. After a year and a half it now keeps shutting down completely while cooking. Unacceptable. I understand this is not something new to the company and that it's been happening for quite a while - read other reviews. Will be getting a different brand as soon as possible.

Another unhappy owner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new home and the microwave came with the house. Same problem as others, it keeps tripping the circuit breaker. Not very happy about it and will replace it with another brand. I do not recommend this microwave......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave was included in my new construction home. After 18 months it started sparking and burnt my cabinets. I talked with neighbors and they all had a similar experience. One neighbor thought it was just a mad batch and got the same model again, and it did the same thing. Other models with Frigidaire have not had issues.

Trips Breaker

I have seen this on many other reviews...Microwave came with the house in a spec home community. It is a little over 2 years old and suddenly started tripping the breaker every time I would open the door. I tried replacing the door switch and the switch failed instantly. Not a good product

Disappointed!

Bought this in September 2018 and fuse blew just over 2 years later. Replaced fuse - worked for one time - fuse blew again. Should last longer without having to pay half the price or more for a repair that might not work. Will buy different brand.

Was great when it worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this microwave when it worked. It worked 2 years and then the switches failed. Hmm repair switches or buy a new microwave at that point. Shouldn't be a decision on a 2 year old microwave
