[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed the new microwave in August. Plastic turntable ring beneath the glass tray melted and caught fire in December. The glass tray cracked and broke as a result.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Defrost Feature is GREAT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Design and great features. The Defrost mode works perfect, we can Defrost a full 5lb Roast in under 20min. Heats evenly every time. Only thing we didn't like is the Time Complete alarm sounds. It's like an oven alarm that won't stop till you open the door, but it does have a feature to turn the sound off.
