Awful--DO NOT RECOMMEND

Had no choice; got this microwave with our new build in March 2019. By January 2020, the motherboard went out and was not heating. Now, July 2020 and it keeps tripping my circuit breaker; have tried other outlets and the same thing happens. Seems like a KNOWN issue yet Electrolux does nothing about it.

It has features my old one didn't have, and it add a lot of class to my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look around and you'll see lots of complaints that the magnetron gave out after a year or so. Mine did. It will start blowing the house fuse now and then. It will eventually blow the fuse every time you turn it on.

Handle broke twice.

The handle broke off a year after I had it. When I ordered a new one there was a mix up and they sent me two. Good thing. 10 months later it broke off again. The plastic by the screws to hold it on just crumble and about 15 more pieces came off the microwave parts when installing the new handle. The vent is now just sitting on it as the plastic around the screw holes broke off. I can't believe how cheep and brittle the plastic is on this microwave.

do not recommend this brand seems to be a quality problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a house with new appliances in June 2018, the microwave burned out a month later. Under the warrantees, a new one was installed and worked a little longer than 2 years. Something with the quality of this brand.
