Beeps too much

When it’s done it continually beeps until you open the door. One beep is enough.

Thank you for your honest review! Here is a tip that may assist with the defrost feature of your microwave:

-After you have selected the Start/30+ button, the timer will show the remaining defrost time left and the oven will beep. At that time you can open the door and turn the food or remove portions that have defrosted/thawed.

Exhaust fan issues

Love the buttons, hard to open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can start punching buttons and then press start. My previous microwave requires pushing cook time button first. My only complaint is the door is takes an extremely hard pull to open. I keep feeling like I am going to break the inner latch. Also not a fan of the loud beeps when food is done. Could be quieter.

Over all great microwave

It is a great microwave but the turn table makes a lot of noise and doesn't spin smoothly. Tried everything to get it to roll better and be less noisey but nothing works. Other than that it is a great product

Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with our new house; died after less than 2 years. We only live here 6 months out of the year and used it primarily for reheating things, so it wasn't over-used. Very disappointed.
