Wife loves MW but keeps breaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the appliances came new with the home purchase (Frig, Microwave, Dishwasher, just over a year ago). My wife loves the microwave but it keeps giving us issues. Frigidaire was really quick to deploy a repair man last time and he fixed the issue, door sensor(?). Now not sure whats wrong with it, reset breaker and made sure the outlet has been reset but still no lights or fan, totally dead. Can someone help?

Nice features!

I really like how it does reminder beeps every few minutes once the cooking time is done. Very satisfied!

It nukes food!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought my new home a month ago, this microwave was already installed by the contractor. Know what? IT NUKES FOOD! It makes cold things hot and hot things inedible!
Seriously, it's a good microwave & performs exactly as it should. I mainly use it to reheat leftovers and make popcorn - so it's not like I'm trying to cook a Thanksgiving meal in it - and I'm pleased with it.

Lots of Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave has plenty of power. Love the annoying feature of continuous beeping when something left inside for other users. One flaw either by design or installer, the vent at top saturates (dripping) the cupboard above it with moisture, especially when making baked potatoes. Need to direct exhaust more forward rather than straight up on cupboard doors above. If there is a deflector that was missed at install or none at all, this needs consideration on new design.

Pretty But Noisy

From the first day we had this installed the microwave would start off very quiet and then start a humming rattle that reminded us of locusts. It's still making the noise.
I also wish the signal when it's finished heating an item wasn't so annoying and loud. Providing feedback here isn't easy either. I had to reduce the page to get to the prompt to post the review! I'm guessing if I'd given the product 5 stars it would have been easier?
It's a standard microwave in a pretty black stainless steel "package".

First OTR ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that I am really impressed with the otr microwave we got when we bought our new home. It came pre-installed and we have had zero issues over the last month. I have never owned an otr microwave before this one. I think our favorite feature is that it is off the counter and triples as a hood and light. Warms food quickly and isnt overly loud while operating. The beep at the end of a cycle can get kind of annoying as it is loud and long and continues until you open it but really minor compared to all the good that comes with an OTR.
