Went out after 14 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed in my new build home. After 14 months it started tripping the breaker. I have an electrician out and he checked the breaker and confirmed it was the microwave. Next I go online to purchase another thinking I just had a lemon. There were multiple people with the same complaint. I would not recommend this microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

broke after 3 uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came installed in our new home. After 3 uses it got very loud and ceased heating. After waiting for 3 weeks for the service tech to come, now another 2 weeks before parts arrive and he can come (hopefully) repair it. This does not paint a positive outlook on the future functioning of this appliance.

Works OK. Terribly annoying with the beeping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works fine as a microwave, but the biggest drawback is the beeping once any timer is done. It beeps 3 times, each for what seems like 2 seconds, and at an unnecessarily loud volume. That would be fine if it only did that once, but it does it every 20 seconds until you open the door. It. Is. Unnecessary.
Worst of all there is no way (at least there's no way we have found) to change that setting. It's so obnoxious that I actually hate using the appliance.

Poor Features

I should have read more reviews. The buzzer which signals the end of the cooking time goes on and on. Drives us nuts, no apparent way to limit the length of time. The turn on light is not illuminated and one has to push all around the control plastic to find the right spot. Recommend buying another product.
