Not Powerful

Not as powerful as my previous microwave. I have to heat up food twice as long even when it is set at 100%. Would not recommend.

RMFAN, I understand how inconvenient this matter may be for you. Some microwaves require an electrical connection with 240V. The light and clock portions only require 115V. Check the serial tag to see the voltage requirements. Works as it should

Heating fine but buttons very hard to press

The buttons often require repeated tries even up to five or six times for them to detect pressure. We’ve tried presssing different places and it doesn’t help. They are just picky and very hard to work.

Annoying beep

Any time it gets used the beep does not stop until you open the door. If you leave the room for a minute the microwave will beep and beep and beep. You can't leave it unattended if you use it. I hate it
