[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fine over the range microwave... It cooks exactly as it should and the controls are simple to understand and use. The over-the-range and inside lights are LED is a plus giving better light that incandescent lights. Installation does take some time but that is typical for an over-the-range microwave -- not complicated; all hardware is included. The one thing to be aware of... The chime, alerting you when the cook cycle is done, is pretty loud and insistent... it keeps on reminding you that the cooking is done. In my viewpoint it should be a bit quieter / less persistent. there are configuration options that allow you to make the chime quieter or turn it off completely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with our new house. We love how quiet it is and how every it Cooks. The light and fan are great as well. Our only complaint is that the end of cycle beep is very loud and annoying. It beeps 3 times to let you know it is done...then three more times only 30 seconds later, and again a minute later. If they could make the "reminder" beeps be at least 2 mi Utes apart we'd have a 5 star rating.
