GOod but the alert is annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the entire kitchen suite and love it. The only thing we have a complaint about the microwave is the incessant beeping. Wish it would stop after 2 or 3 beeps when it finishes.

Great microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently had this microwave installed. It heats evenly and quickly. This model offers a lot of features. The only negative thing is that the sound buzzer to let you know your food is done is very loud.

Stephanie125, I am sad to hear how frustrated you are with your microwave. The audible signals are to guide you when setting and using your microwave oven, they are adjustable to suit your needs. Please see page 21 in your Owner’s Manual for the instructions for adjusting the audible alerts. It is common for the microwave to make some noise while in use. However, if it is a very loud or strange noise, this may be an indication that something is wrong internally with the unit and in most cases will require a service call. Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this a few weeks and am really enjoying it. The programmed buttons are great and the option to increase the pre-set time by hitting the button multiple times is great. Also love the smudgeproof, black stainless finish.
