[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the top part of the oven with the different burner options. Takes 40 minutes or more to preheat to 400 degrees. Preheat alarm goes off when heated at around 200 degrees which makes cooking unpredictable. Oven was installed by builder in our home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can imagine your concern, marlea. It is normal for an oven with a hidden bake element to take 10-17 minutes to preheat to 350. To get to 400 will take a little longer. Keeping the door closed will minimize the time. It looks like we sent a technician out just to make sure it was working properly, and it is. I feel like we just remodeled our kitchen!!
I especially love that when my husband over boils the pasta it cleans up very easy, not like my other range!
It's also easy to use, which makes it fun to cook and bake!!!

Oven Love

The only thing that we don’t like is the drawer isn’t as smooth pulling out/pushing in as we would like. Overall an amazing buy!
