I may never go back to electric

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical at first when I realized this was a gas range, but now I love it. The food cooks quicker on the stove top, and the oven heats up so much faster than my old electric one. The oven is quiet as well (my last one sounded like an airplane). The stove top is easy to clean and put back together as well.

Bought this range to replace a 25+ year old Caloric. Performs well - cooks food quickly and evenly. On the negative side - in my old range I stored three pots, two pans and five lids in the storage drawer; doesn't fit in this range. Also, I find the metal used in the drawer to be somewhat flimsy. The grates are substantial and can be somewhat heavy and cumbersome. All in all, compared to what is currently on the market I am satisfied with this range.
