Burner pieces are very heavy and awkward to move.

I am saddened to hear your range is not as expected, rg46. The grates on your range are made of cast iron for durability, they may seem heavy. I also have a black gas range, and you are correct they do show every crumb. I recommend our Cerama Bryte Microbryte appliance wipes to quickly clean dried starches and greases.
