Sadly Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always purchased Frigidaire products and as sadly disappointed in the quality of my range. Although the stove top cooking is pure perfection. the oven burns everything on the bottom rack. Also the storage drawer is very flimsy, is hard to pull open, and constantly falls off the track. Not the high quality I have had in the past from Frigidaire.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no, Pamelas3! I hate to hear that you are having trouble with your oven. There are a few tips in the manual to improve baking performance. Fully preheat the oven when baking foods such as cookies, biscuits, and breads.• Reduce the oven temperature 25°F from recipe's recommended oven temperature, and follow the remainder of the recipe's instructions using the minimum recommended cook time. When using 2 oven racks, place the racks in positions 3 and 5 for and position cookware so pans are on the front side of one rack and back side of the other. For single rack baking use rack position 4. Hope this helps! ~ Brandi
