So far, so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven was purchased to replace a very similar model with a GE name. I find this oven superior. The burners get hotter, to oven pre-heats quicker with more even heating, and seems easier to clean around the burners. I say so far, so good because we’ve not had it very long, but have found no faults that would cause me to grade it anything but five stars.

Burners too Hot for Ease

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot regulate any of the burners to be low enough not to burn things. There is nothing that is near a simmer about the burner so designated. The oven works great and it cooks things more quickly, too. So I'm just having to adjust my "style" which for an 86 year old, is pretty disconcerting.

So Tough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is a beast, definitely leveled up my kitchen. I love the convenience of the 5th range, it’s a great place for a griddle.
The oven is spacious, and heats up quickly. Perfect for my pizza stone, very even heat every time. The lowest temp is 170, I use a towel to crack the door when making beef jerky.
As far as gas, this range is very efficient. I’ve seen my gas bill drop at least 10%, which is surprising. I totally recommend this range as it’s built like a tank, looks great, and makes impeccable pancakes.

Burner grate black matte started rubbing off less than week of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The free standing range works good but very disappointed that after a few uses, the black matte on burner grates started to rub off even when taking care not to slide pans over burner. The silver metal is exposed and the grates look scraped up. Also concerned about rusting on these bare spots
