My new range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply love the look, and the 5 burners on the range. I do vegetable canning, and it comes in handy. The top is easy to clean, just lift the split burner top. The thing I miss is the ability to have the oven light on to see into the oven without opening the door. I had that ability on my old range.

Food tastes so much better and the heat range is so even that anyone can cook on this. What a great range and I would recommend it to all of my family and friends.

Still waiting for parts

Top burners working fine and proper orface SS supplied to convert to propane. The orface supplied with the oven, even though the owners manual says it’s compatible….. IT IS NOT. Per support, no others part is available. NOW WHAT DO I DO?

Thanks for reaching out! This model is shipped from the factory programmed for use with natural gas, and will require a conversion kit if it is to be used with liquid propane. This kit is typically a separate purchase available from your retailer. If you do have the kit and are having trouble installing it, we recommend contacting a local technician for assistance. If you do not yet have the kit, the part number is GRLP4 and you can reach out to us directly to order by Live Chat or by phone at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST.
