It does have great features but I have a concern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the extra middle burner and special features of a few of the other burners but high is extremely high and I do most of my cooking on low because the other choices are so high. Is that because I heat with propane or might there be a problem with the regulator?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up with a gas stove as a child. However, in my adult life , I had an electric range for nearly 50 years. Since I haven't burned myself so far, I think I now prefer gas over electric.
