After going for far too long using an electric range, we finally got a gas line plumbed and have upgraded to a gas one. This range is wonderful. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

Brand New! Haven't used it yet...

My new gas range was delivered today! I also own a side-by-side refrigerator freezer by frigidaire. It has two handles one on the door of the freezer and the other on the door of the refrigerator that are very similar to the one on the oven door of my new stove.
My refrigerator is just shy of being a year old, I assumed the handles would be alike. I was wrong! There is a sharp edge on the entire length of the oven handle, top and the bottom. It is unacceptably sharp. Both handles on my side by side are as smooth as silk.
I can't believe that QC let It go by. I was QC in an injection mold plant, I would have never let anything like this pass.
I hope the rest of the stove is of better quality!

Looks great; not ideal design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed in our house, from the builder. I am so relieved to have a gas range again, and the stove is beautiful. Two months in to using it, it's slightly less functional than would be ideal. We cook, a LOT. Most of the burners are small, so its difficult to cook a lot of big things at once. I dont personally need the burner dedicated to simmer - that one is the smallest.
Overall, it does the job and it looks good. I dont think we would buy this one, given the choice, strictly from a functional perspective.
