One disappointment

Over all I like this range except for when the oven is on and you are cooking something on the top you are hit in the face by heat from the oven. I had a pan on the back burner but not turn on and picked up the pan by the handle and burned my hand. The heat exhausted at the front surface of the oven had made the pot handle to hot to pick up without a hot pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product! I'm able to make meals quick. The stainless steel is so pretty! I did take a star off because I feel like I have to clean it WAY more than my last stove top.
The manual states that we should just use soap/water (I think it was vinegar as well) but I feel like it doesn't clean it as well. I will look on the market for something that is safe, but if I cannot find one, I'll just stick to the soap/water combo.
As far as the oven, it works great! I love the self cleaning option.

After purchasing a new home and having the choice of new appliances, I am very pleased with my gas range. I had used an electric range for years, so this is a huge improvement. I would highly recommend Frigidaire appliances, as they are a very dependable and affordable choice.
