More features than I hoped for at this price range

Easy to Use, Functional, Sleek Stove

This stove had everything I was looking for and had a great price from a very trusted brand. I am very happy with the appearance, the versatility of the burners and all the other features/funtionalty.

Having trouble with Part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried for weeks to get the griddle for my stove to no avail. On July 1, I reordered the part and was told it would be here in 10 to 12 days and on July 20th, 20 days later I was told that I'm on backorder again. What to do?????
