Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this stove, hands down one of the best we have had. My children are old enough to cook and this stove makes it easy for them. They had to get used to how much faster things heat up, but aside from that it's easy to clean, works as expected and looks great in our kitchen. My only "fix it" feedback would be to make the setting of times and heating times a little more intuitive; older people and young cooks were a bit confused.

good basic oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this oven/stove for the past 7 months. The oven heat is even and bakes well. Love the golden brown tops to breads and meats. I enjoy the variety of burners on the stove and cooking over a flame. I do find the grates incredibly difficult to keep clean as they are porous. The surface of the stove and bottom of the oven is hard to clean as well (I used to have a stainless steel surface that wiped up easily and grates that weren't so absorbent of food and oil). I would give it a higher rating if it were easier to clean.

We're glad to hear you're enjoying the function of your new range! When cleaning the grates, we recommend scrubbing gently with soap and water and drying it completely before it is replaced. It is very stylish and so far holds up really good. The oven does not take forever to heat up and it is really easy to clean. So far, I am loving it.
