I don't cook much and never really cook anything with the oven before since I had a dinosaur stove before this purchase and the old oven door did not close well and the dial, not sure if it was working. However, I have to read the "Use & Care" manual to learn how to use the oven. I still need to adjust the broiling time since the recommended time in the manual tend to cook the meat too well done to my taste. So far so good; I still need to learn howuse the self clean feature, it's a lot of cleaning after broiling!
