Stove Top is Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does the job, but doesn't seem to cook evenly. One side of pan gets done faster than other side. No matter what we cook, cookies, casseroles, veggies one side is cooked faster than the other. Stove top works FANTASTIC, oven part is not my favorite. Stainless steel is difficult to keep clean even with polishing.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns! If you find that your oven is heating unevenly or cooking faster on one side than the other, it may be due to an uneven leveling. Try placing a carpenter's lever on top of the stove at different angles to determine if it is sitting straight. If not, use a wrench to adjust the leveling legs until it is sitting square. It could also be a circulation issue - if you keep a lot of racks in your oven or cover one or more with aluminum foil, this can restrict airflow and create hot spots. Try clearing out the area around the rack your're using!
