Excellent range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice variety of burner sizes. Only wish you could specify when ordering if you have LP or natural gas so the factory would install the proper fittings. Had to order the parts and pay someone to come change them out.

oven doesnt heat properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for a month now. The things I tried to bake were not done in time. Repair man has come twice so far, still need to cook muffins at 420 instead of at 400 to get them done. I want a replacement.
as to the burners, the power heat is nice but you have to have a very large pot to use that burner.

Great range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit came with our new home. Love the number and location of the burners, and the oven keeps a consistent and accurate temp for baking. I wish the timer didn't jump ahead so quickly, would be nice if there was a longer delay before it started skipping to longer times.

Great stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about it except for one little thing.....the panel where the clock is makes this very annoying low beeping kind of sound. It can only be heard when it’s quiet but I try to ignore it. And bottom draw is a little smaller than my previous stove so I had to rally shove my pans in there tight. Love the grates on top!

Nice Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove was provided by our builder and is of basic builder grade quality. One area of concern has been the surface below grates is very difficult to clean. Spills are very difficult to remove and we clean it after each use.

Hello ToryG. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your cleaning concerns. I can recommend to rinse with clean water and a damp cloth. Scrub gently with a soapy, non-abrasive scouring pad to remove most spots. Rinse with a 50/50 solution of clean water and ammonia. If necessary, cover difficult spots with an ammonia-soaked paper towel for 30 to 40 minutes. Rinse and wipe dry with a clean cloth. Remove all cleaners or future heating could damage the porcelain. Do not allow food spills with a high sugar or acid content (milk, tomatoes, sauerkraut, fruit juices or pie filling) to remain on porcelain surfaces. These spills may cause a dull spot even after cleaning. This should assist you with cleaning the spots on the range surface you have struggled with. Great Appliance

The burners grates are really nice and the extra middle burner is a great addition. The burners are easy to keep clean. The oven works fine. This great looking appliance. Would definitely buy again.
