Works like a charm

Outside of an initial hiccup (convection fan rattled) that was taken care of right away by the service center where I bought it (props to Hartville Hardware for their quick response) the stove and oven work as expected. I love cooking on/in it.

Loving our new stove

I was skeptical about induction - never used before. We LOVE it. We were very sad that our house couldn't access a gas line. But induction has been a true joy - it works so well, and we absolutely love our new stove... The double oven works great too.

This thing is great. Massive upgrade from our older Samsung induction stove. Frying, baking, boiling - very zippy. Worth every penny.

fast cooktop

My kids suggested I check out convection and I have had this stove about a month and am happy with the choice. The cooktop downside is that it did not work with a wok or with one nonstick pan I had (only the part in physical contact with the stovetop gets hot and the pan must have ferrous metal like iron or stainless steel - aluminum won't work. Otherwise the cooktop is rapidly adjustable and works great. The upper oven does not preheat as quickly as the last stove I had, but on the flip side of that I have found that I can put things in while heating without burning them. The phone app is novel and potentially useful, but have not used it a lot yet.
