Good stove

It is a nice piece of appliance but most of the time, when I am using the cook top ,there is a buzzing sound. I use pans and pots that are meant for induction cooking

I did get a lemon the first time around, but the people at GE eventually sent us out a new one. We received the new one in Feb. and it has met all the bells and whistles I had hoped for when originally ordering this stove. I truly love it and so far am very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lower oven won’t turn off

Very disappointed with this newly installed product! Looks good and stove works but lower oven does not turn off without turning off circuit breaker. Ordered new part and repair person came out to install and could not figure out how to remove range panel to install new one. Now have another repair person from another company trying to do the install. Very time-consuming and upsetting for a new product! Also note induction stove top so special cookware needed. Never saw anything in the description explaining that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

does not meet the cooking standard

While the idea of this range is great, the service, delivery is not up to par. Moreover, on high the range starts making a high pitched noise. Therefore I would not recommend the range.

Because it was just installed we have not cooked on this range yet - but - based on what we have read and heard we have high expectations. We especially like the double oven feature on this range and anticipate utilizing it on a regular basis.

Sadly, this particular model is out of production, but the Cafe series double oven, induction top is a gem for us. We bought this new range having never cooked with induction, so it was a leap of faith. And we've very happy with the leap. The responsiveness of the "burners" is fantastic. And we're eager to use the precision feature for sous vide cooking. Having the convection oven is also a huge plus. And, while I scoffed at having a wifi-connected stove, I'm finding the notifications on my phone very handy.
