The actual cooking portion of the range works well, however, the WiFi connectivity is beyond frustrating!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product

We have been very pleased with this range. Boils water fast. Ovens work nicely. Roasting in the convection oven works great. The temperature probe helped to provide a moist steak and cooked the way we like it. Looks great in the kitchen too.

Fantastic unit. One flaw

Love the oven and the induction cooktop is amazing. Preheat is quick. Temps are accurate. Only flaw is the remote feature requires you to press a button on the control to enable it. After each use. Which negates the whole point of being able to remotely app control it bid line to preheat so when I get home I’m ready to go, but usually I can’t because of this. Just annoying, but it isn’t a showstopper.

Induction cooktop works fast with precision from boil to simmer in a second or two tops. Induction oven works well and bakes evenly. Wifi feature is nice but you have to push the remote enable after each use to activate using it. Kinda defeats the purpose of wifi enabled device if you still have to push a button. Wifi is response with use.

The GE Cafe Series stove with induction cook top and double oven below is hard to beat. It fits perfectly in my new, small kitchen.

I love the induction work surface. It is very responsive (similar to gas) when increasing or decreasing heat selection. The surface is way easier to clean.
