Worked Well

Basic program worked well. some things not the most intuitive, but able to figure out.
efile for state did not like some names and numbers, so had to mail paper. Printing just the state papers not straight forward, but got something printed.

turbotax busines

So I decided to get both documents in one pdf file had to print both 1099s and scan them into a single file. Would have preferred being able to attach more than one but couldn't figure out how to do it......
What's great about it: have to file a 1041 for a complex trust. TurboTax Business makes this relatively easy compared to doing it by hand.
What's not so great: I have two 1099 forms but the program would only allow me to attach one document.

What is going on

After using TT for many years I believe it's not getting as easy as used to be, There are little issues when trying to get info from QuickBooks. Maybe is me, but I would like TT next year has a better interaction w/ QuickBooks. Also I do not understand TT keeps trying to do a State return in FL, for an S, Corp.
What's great about it: Still reasonably easy to use
What's not so great: Missing many deduction titles/ help is not too helpfull

Please Fix the Print Command

I have the most up to date Adobe software, but still cannot print from inside the application. This is years now and you haven't fixed it

TurboTax for LLC (Rental Real Estate)

You will need to input initial property values in order for TurboTax to keep up with depreciation.
What's great about it: Very easy to complete information. Basically all you need is your checkbook transactions.
What's not so great: Nothing to dislike.

Can not download 1099 info

Have the Business application work like the personal application for downloading information from financial institutions.

Confusing and did not give answers for state requirements.
after started review could not go back to see entries in state return.
I may have to do something different next year.
What's great about it: Fransferred most of entries from FED tax
What's not so great: Extra cost for State software on top of high cost for TT Business.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
