Turbo Tax Business 2017 for Sub S 1120S

As a Quickbooks (QB) user I was pleased that the financial information imported to TurboTax (TT). This saves entry work and increases accuracy. For some reason however, TT still did not recognize the tax line mapping from all of the QB accounts. Overall pleased so as a critique, other issues that TT can address are: (1) Fixed Asset transactions have to be entered manually and do not import from QB and (2) the state balance sheet and income statement (revenue and expenses) do not populate from the available information already entered into TT via the import and federal tax input work. Being required to pay an extra fee for the state software (as well as a separate fee for state partnership software) I was disappointed with it's general limitations In addition one cannot e-file the state return for either the partnership or Sub S applications.
What's great about it: Imports from Quickbooks
What's not so great: Imported and Fed Return Data do not import to State

software bugs and lack of information about the tax rules. Very disappointed. I will be moving on to another solution for 2018. I have used turbotax since 1999.
What's not so great: Balance Sheet out of balance condition was difficult to resolve. Incorrect Farm Indicator

Turbotax Business 2017

The process was quick, but at the end when efiling, I was told to print documents to mail. The document that printed was the one page Electronic Filing Instructions, nothing else. Based on this, I'm assuming the copy of the form 8453-S I signed and scanned in was included in my efiling. Other than this wrinkle, the process was easy.
What's great about it: having used the product last year, it was easy
What's not so great: unclear about what to mail to IRS when efiling
