Easy to use except for broken import

My 15th year using TurboTax for Business. Some of the wrinkles, especially on state returns, have been ironed out over time. The QuickBooks import still isn't as reliable and transparent as before it was changed five years ago. For example, it misses accounts mapped to Officer Disability Insurance, and hunting that down is very difficult because the import mapping cannot be viewed.
What's great about it: Intuitive, shortcuts, forms mode + interview mode
What's not so great: Import from QuickBooks still has errors

Been using Turbo Tax for years. Everything is very simple to use. The only down side is if you have a question it is very difficult to find an answer, especially if it isn't in the search section. This is my first year filing a 1065 and I feel it went well. However, I could have saved a large amount of time if I were able to ask some simple questions easily, instead of having to google everything.
What's great about it: Easy to use and Navigate
What's not so great: Basically no customer Support

I've used Turbo Tax for several years for my S-Corp returns. I've always found it to be easy to use and helpful. I will always use Turbo Tax.

What's great about it: Forms entry is very fast if you know your numbers.
What's not so great: Not easy to see rounding errors without backing up screens.

2017 Business is buggy this year

Took me 3 times longer than usual due to bugs. I would be happy to provide feedback to Intuit, but they make that difficult.

Awful Communication

I understand that IRS takes up a big chunk of the form creation process. However, you still have not even communicated on your Business State Tax Form Availability table that Ohio partnership documentation would be created. Why!? I was forced to check back weekly and comb the forums for hope. Just awful this year.
