Couldn't be without it

I have used Turbo Tax for 20+ years. The first time I used it, I was amazed by how much money I saved. Since then, I am constantly amazed by how easy it is to use. I love it. Could not be without it.
What's great about it: Excellent software
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

From individual 1040EZ forms to full corporate returns, TurboTax is user friendly, thorough, and accurate!!!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax continues to be the most user friendly tax software I've seen.

Quick and easy

overall TurboTax is great!! it's quick and easy to follow. More less familiar phases that were used could have been explained, but overall everything was great!!!

Good for Small Business

The inability to import data from QuickBooks Online is absurd. Intuit products should be tightly integrated.
Other than needless data entry, it was not difficult to complete the return.

Keep it Simple

With just a few minutes a day without a ton of other things to get done, Turbotax made my complicated tax situation so much more bearable and even enjoyable to put things in a perspective that made filing easy.

I use turbotax @ work and for our home. Super easy if you work with Quick Books.
What's great about it: Step by Step Instruction
What's not so great: Takes some time to load and update.

Solid, but sometimes unclear

Overall good. Guides you through most of the way, but at times you are left on your own to determine what to check or what values go where. Overall, I felt like without my financial background it would have been a bit tough to handle.
What's great about it: Like that it checks you on every form
What's not so great: Sometimes doesn't guide as well as I'd like
