Poor Interface and Possible Error

When I filed my 1065 with an attached 8453, I went to preview what was transmitted. Despite your interface's notice that the attached document would be included in my return, it appears that this is not the case as the preview showed an unsigned copy of the 8453.
Best case scenario is your preview/return documents are incorrect. But I believe your program just transmitted an unsigned copy of a form. This is completely unacceptable and may wind up costing my organization money to correct this mistake.
I am beyond livid.

My tax person filed late last year and has yet to get me my forms 5 days prior to them being due. So happy I bought Turbo Tax for Business and did them myself.

Cheaper than an CPA.

I am seriously looking at alternative solutions for doing my taxes and accounting myself. I have been using Quickbooks online for almost 4 years and TurboTax for 20+ years. However, the brutally painful task of getting Quickbooks online exported into Quickbooks Desktop and then into Turbotax is ridiculous. There is no excuse for this. I have tolerated since using Quickbooks the 1st year but now this is the third year and they still have not fixed the link between Turbotax and their Quickbooks Online.

getting better- has a way to go

Overall, this is better than the alternatives, and incrementally better than the software for Trusts and Businesses in the past. My problem this year was the depreciation form. It wanted to combine my two rental properties in one form, but when I added the income and expenses for the second property, it created a third depreciation line. I spent a good 30 minutes deleting and re-entering the rental property data until it was correct.
Yes, despite this, I will use Turbotax again next year.

What's great about it: almost as easy as Turbotax Delux, prepared all my forms for submittal
What's not so great: depreciation form was clunky and hard to understand.
