I will be very unhappy if my taxes aren't accepted by IRS. The file I sent had "incomplete" in the name after everything in all steps said they were ready to file.
What's great about it: It is fairly easy to use. Most is uncomplicated.
What's not so great: Problems with getting information to questions. Taxes said complete, ready to file but was sent with incomplete .

Another year of successful returns filed using TT

Love the ease of use and how the tax form/filing is based on a questionnaire about different tax situations that may apply. Makes my life easy as I dont have to research all the tax law changes or hire an expensive Tax Consultant. TT Business empowers me to budget my tax situation ahead of time and control my own financial situation and not rely on outside assistance.

Easy to Use

so simple and easy to use, have used Turbo Tax for many years. easy transfer of information, my only complaint would be able to see the tax forms on the side as you go, sometimes refund and payment info is a little elusive
What's great about it: quick, easy walkthru screens
What's not so great: wish you could see the pages as you go
Pros: I bought or sold investments, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

State tax issues

Closed subs during the year. TurboTax says that Georgia business tax must be emailed. However, your software says to attach a statement concerning closing the subs corp. And goes on to say cannot be attached to efile ..
Have used Turbo tax for years. Found this version to be extremely slow = continual rehashing previously created forms and just plain frustrating for a computer pro.

LLC for several years using turbo tax, converted to LLC filing as S Corp, still works great.
What's great about it: easy to use, quick if you have your information together
What's not so great: No electronic filing for North Carolina taxes

Transfer of return from prior year

I have had trouble completing the Form 1065 Tax Schedule(s) L, M-1 and M-2 for the last couple of years. When the prior year return is "transferred" to the present year in TurboTax. The instructions advise that before transfering last years return one should "suspend the Schedule L, M1 and M-2 calculations". These instructions are not clear to me, and after amending and making the changes prior to transfer of the 2016 return I lost all of the data in the 2016 return. Why should this be so complicated?

Easy to install. Failed Transmisson

TurboTax Business does not transmit the 2017 Federal Return.
Get message:
"We're experiencing internet transmission problems. Your transmission did not go through. Intuit's Electronic Filling Center did not receive your Return.
Please try again later.
Error 2"
I tried several times. Called the Help line. The Person tried to help. We did everything his script requested. He got additional Help. Tried everything. Still did not work. They were unable to solve my problem. I used TurboTax Premier. Same computer and set up. It worked fine. TurboTax Business has a problem.
Get message:
