Simple Filing

Great because you can choose which way to file, either step by step or just fill out the form.

One shortcoming

Nowhere does the Business version inform you the due date for business taxes which is March 15, a month earlier than personal taxes, UNTIL the return is complete and you print it for filing. This year it did not even offer the filing and mailing instructions as it did last year. Other than that, I have no issues and will use again next year.
What's not so great: Does NOT inform due date
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is a great product. I have used it since the early 2000's.
What's great about it: Liked everything overall

My First S Corp Tax Return

I filed my S Corp taxes for the first time! I had a CPA do it last year, which really didn't use the details we needed. I chose to file myself for the first time. I have to say I was very nervous of the complexity but come to find it very easy as it walked me through everything I needed to file!
What's great about it: Ease of entering Info
What's not so great: Filing was a bit complicated

Business version has issues

Business Product has issues that require user to directly into forms to complete certain tax return situations. Without a thorough manual check, this could be left uncovered and subject entity to issues, etc. Customer Support --- long waits, inexperienced staff, handoffs, etc.
What's great about it: Inexpensive
What's not so great: Incomplete, uneducated support staff
