Beware! Cannot efile federal return

If you need to make any attachments to your return, you will not be able to efile. The software gets into a "loop" and tells you there is no attachment (when there clearly is) and then makes you save the attachment over and over again and never lets you efile. You end up having to print all the pages and file by mail.

2017 LLC Taxes

Having done Schedule C for self-employed for over 20 years when we incorporated (LLC Partnership) I worked with a local accounting/CPA firm 2 years ago to file the LLC returns. Once I knew what I needed to do - returning to TurboTax for the last 2 years was easy and straightforward. I'm not an accountant however I was able to take what I saw that the accountant did and transition that same info into TurboTax to file my business returns. Help files are very good and the walk-through mode helps anyone no matter what their skill and knowledge level. TurboTax is still my "go-to" Tax software!
What's great about it: After working with an accounting firm 2 years ago transitioning to TurboTax has been easy and straightforward!
What's not so great: No negatives to report

I have used TT for 3 years for my business and even longer for personal tax returns. It is always easy to use and easy to understand.
What's great about it: easy to use, easy to understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

MD S-Corp Form is not available

It is extremely inconvenient to not have all the typical tax forms ready to use in TurboTax two weeks before the deadline!!! Need TurboTax to show the leadership in the industry to collaborate with all levels of governments to get the tax forms ready in a timely fashion!
What's not so great: The MD S-corp form is still not available in March 2018

I have been using Turbotax for 10 years. I am a S Corp and also have rental properties. Turbotax walks me through it all and have online help if you need it. If you use Quickbooks it is easy to upload your information and they keep last years information for you to compare side-by-side. I highly recommend it.
