Easy, but problematic

TurboTax is easy to follow software that makes tax prep easy. However, I could not get the 2017 version of Business to work on my computer, despite meeting the system requirements. After being on the phone for 3 hours with 3 different people, I gave up. Luckily I was able to find another Windows device to use the software on. Between poor support and no Mac version of Business, this will likely be the last time I use TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Problematic, poor technical support
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Unable to file corporate return because underpayment form not released.
There was a refund due so there would be no underpayment.

I really like the program and all of the help that is offered.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: Not carrying forward capital losses and net operating losses, Transfer ALL of the previous years information
Pros: I bought or sold investments, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Corporate Income tax

This is about the 8th year that I used TurboTax. It is easy, complete, accurate. It makes me rest easy that it is done and done right.
What's great about it: it is easy using TurboTax

Instructions Not Included

Overall I love the Turbotax Business it simplifies a ridiculous 83 page return so I can get through it, but when I printed my return to file by mail there was no instruction page with the address on it. Not really hard to look up on the IRS website but the step by step said a page would print with the address to mail to.

TurboTax Business

I use TurboTax Business for three businesses. One is a Sub S Corporation, one is an LLC operating as a Sub S Corporation and the other is an LLC operating as a partnership. I also use TurboTax for personal tax returns. All are easy to use, thorough and the explanations are helpful.
I have used all kinds of methods for taxes from professional accountants to filling out the forms by hand to other tax software. TurboTax is the easiest and the best.

there are still to many things you have to fill in that it does not help with - specifically the part asking for receipts on some cts - makes no sense
