all went well just slight issues with down loaded last year and information transfer over to on line---it want work have to key punch all information, just took a little longer.

As a first time user of business software it was very hard to determine what information was needed, I'm an educated person but was rusty and this was a bit over my head
What's great about it: Brief and quick
What's not so great: Very poor help/search function

Scanned IRS Form 8453-PE didn't work

I followed the instructions and successfully printed, signed, and scanned IRS Form 8453-PE as instructed by the software. I had the software locate, and convert the scanned form and pull over into the software and could bring up the signed form.
When I went onto the e-file step for the federal return, the printed PDF federal submission package had a blank form 8453-PE and not the signed and scanned one puled into the software. Not certain what is going on, so I didn't complete the e-file process of the federal return and will mail a hard copy to the IRS as in previous years. Would much rather have e-filed my federal return submission and saved the time, expense, and trip to the post office.
What's great about it: Overall software worked great!
What's not so great: Scanned IRS Form 8453-PE while showing uo correctly as the scanned document, it didn't get into the e-file submission.

I wish they have a Mac version

I did my S-corp. Federal Tax return. Took few days mainly to collect information. Tried few times to start the state tax return but I only get a grey screen. Will wait for them to fix the software and try again in 2 weeks.
I wish they had a Mac version. I use the mac version for personal Tax with much less software glitches. Overall I spent the same effort as I do with the accountant but saved quite a bit.
