I will continue to use Turbo Tax every year for my taxes. It is so much easier than gathering everything and taking it to someone.
What's great about it: I love how easy it is to transfer info from QuickBooks to Turbo Tax

Printing, signing and scanning 8453 was easy, but the B-1 took several attempts to attach it.

Not user friendly

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15yrs. for personal taxes and I switched over 2 of my businesses back in 2012. The business product is horrible does not import from QuickBooks, is not Apple compatible and does not easily transfer the previous years tax returns. I think this year will be the last year my company uses Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: none
What's not so great: Not user friendly

Been using your product for 20 years now and very pleased. Saves me on average 1100.00 vice hiring a CPA to do. Keep up the great work!
What's great about it: Laser printed tax forms, interview process
What's not so great: Have to wait on IRS for Depreciation Updates

Fed taxes Done!!

Always a stressful time of year, but TurboTax makes it easier. It brings over the previous year info and guides you along the way. I always hesitate to hit that final send button, but it ran TurboTax ran through my data twice and said I was "good to go". So I hit the submit.
What's great about it: Easy and it brought over info from last years filing
What's not so great: some of the terminology I was not sure of so I had to research it

Easier the second year

This is my second year of using Turbo Tax after years of using an accounting firm. The process was much easier as all of the depreciation schedules were imported and updated automatically.
I like the ability to see the numbers from the previous year to ensure I hit the same areas.
The help section could be vastly improved as they push you to the community for answers. I did see the live help version is available, but I thought it would have been part of the Business package already.
Putting in a review is hard as it takes several tries to create a nickname that actually works.
What's great about it: Pulls in prior years to make the process easier.
What's not so great: Getting help is difficult unless the tax community can answer your question.
