Unexpected software expense

The State taxes software is much more expensive than necessary, and there is a surprise filing fee as well. Federal taxes are much more efficient.

Couldn't be easier

I have used TurboTax for years now and couldn't be happier! It's straight-forward and easy to use. I love being asked questions that could lead to a possible bigger return. Being able to electronically file is a big plus. I used the import feature for last years information and also for my w-2's. All was imported with accuracy which made everything go a lot faster and smoother. I am a senior and my typing skills often leave a lot to be desired.........TurboTax took that fear away. Yep! Importing information is a must!
Good job and keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Simple and Easy!

TurboTax is the best solution for ease of self tax return preparation!! I have used TurboTax for years and am always impressed on how easy they make it. Although all is detailed and explained, help is available if needed. Thank you, TurboTax for taking the pain out of tax time!

cannot e file

when tried to e file, several times, each time would say something not right. Finally printed to file by mail and noticed my address was missing.
went back into form input and address was there and fine.
finally had to write in my address on the form and mail file. Tried to get help online... no help.
have used turbo tax for several years and had no problems..

Quick and easy!

This is the way to complete your taxes! I continue to be amazed at the ease at which I am able to complete our taxes with Turbo Tax. Generally speaking, computers hate me (and vice versa), but with Turbo Tax I can complete our taxes without a snag, including the determination of whether to itemize. Turbo Tax takes the frustration out of completing tax forms.
What's great about it: Tech is not in my genes, so I am always pleased with the ease of following the Turbo Tax guidance to complete our taxes.
