Great Program, Hidden Fees!!!

I have used turbotax now for the past 3 years. It is a great program for guiding non-tax preppers through their own taxes. Just be careful, there are many hidden and additional fees for simple things such as downloading a state version of the program (you would think this is included when you purchase the software to start) as well as e-filing the state return (you would also think this included in the cost to start). Be mindful that when you pay for this software you are not done paying yet.
What's great about it: Helpful guide and meaningful interface
What's not so great: Beware of hidden fees attached to most everything else

Excellent program

Overall an excellent experience. I've been using TurboTax for the last 5 years and it keeps getting better every year. My only issue is a small one. When you print a double-sided hard copy of your return, the program prints the sides without taking into account the actual front and back of the various forms. So, when the front of the summary page prints and it should be blank on the back, it prints the 1st page of the return there instead. All the subsequent pages are messed up, too. Not a big deal if you're looking at it electronically, one page at a time, but, as a printout, it's annoying.
What's great about it: easy to navigate, easy to understand
What's not so great: 1 small detail when printing

Turbo Tax downloadable version was a simple process, quick and easy.

The Best TT in Past 15 Years

Took less than an hour to complete the entire file process, from start to finish. in past years I receive my refund in less than 10 days, and I expect the same this year.
Another great job TT!!

Glitchy this year...

I've used TurboTax for many years, this year had the most glitches. My filing was delayed a few days because of an error during the "error check" section at the very end, which sent me on a wild goose chase before I realized it was the software. Other users had the same problem. It's hard to track down the contact info for Intuit - the help links send you to other users...
TurboTax: fix the glitches BEFORE releasing the product next year, and LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW UP FRONT how much it will cost to prepare and file both federal and state returns.
