TOO MANY LOOPS

I had a lot of issues with filing this year because my wife moved to VA. I'm stationed in CA and my wife moved back VA for better job opportunities. I only wanted to file MFJ but the online and program download made it beyond difficult to deal with. It took me most of the day and customer service to get this handled.
What's great about it: The import part of the W-2 were a huge help
What's not so great: Didn't help me out in my situation

Company was busy but got back to me in a timely manner. Had trouble entering my information but kept at it until she was able to get into correct screen. Person was friendly and apologized that it took so long and was able to fix my problem

I LOVE TURBOTAX, ESPECIALLY THE CRS TEAM. I SPOKE WITH 3 SEPARATE AGENTS IN ONE DAY AND THE WERE ALL AWESOME ACROSS THE BOARD. THE T-TAX TEAM SHOULD DO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SEMINARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTSMENTS EVERYWHERE.
What's great about it: TurboTax took all the guess-work out of my income tax odyssey.
What's not so great: I had to call customer service a few times for assistance through the sticky parts.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

my overdue 2016 taxes

I called asking on how to do file an way overdue return, my 2016 return !!!
the rep was super helpful and PATIENT, gave me the right answers everytime and he was knowleadgeable on the field.
I am so happy!! I am printing and taking to the post office tomorrow morning!!!! :))))
