Got my return done

Total time from start to finish - about 2.5 hours, only because I kept double checking some things.
What's great about it: Just as easy as the last 10-15 years.

Helpful, but hidden costs

Overall very helpful. I didn't realize that the basic version didn't include state taxes and I also didn't know i could get in legal trouble for filing the federal and not the state taxes. My fault. My issue was that it charged me to file state taxes after having paid for that part of the program. I feel that that should have been included in the initial fee.
What's great about it: Made it easy, simple to follow directions
What's not so great: Charged for unforseen survices

Need a way to file electronically, if return is rejected.
What's great about it: Tax forms as always

Only 1 tweak- please!

I love the ease of Turbo Tax. Please offer an easy way to change the font/view size. My usual tricks to enlarge (control +) did not work. I was unable to find help with this issue.
What's great about it: Easy to use for anyone
What's not so great: small font- ugh

I liked the way this leads thru the questions and collects the information. It also appears to be quite thorough.
I refer to Basic. My taxes are simple enough that I don't need Deluxe or more.

Great Tool

From the start, this product makes things easy with the import feature, so, not a whole lot of time typing in information. It guides through every topic and you can easily go back. It's very thorough in the questions it asks. If there's any confusion, there are multiple ways get information and the answers you need. Choosing between this product and say, H&R Block, I'd choose this product. I have used it for the past 10 years and have never had a problem.
What's great about it: Easy to use, informative
What's not so great: I can't think of a con - love this product.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love this product because it takes the stress out of tax time. Been using this for as long as I can recall and have never had an issue with my return.
What's great about it: So easy and fast. Done in an hour..
