Been using Turbo Tax over 15 years

generally easy to use and very accurate. Some places require an answer before Turbo let's you go on even though you think your are ready to enter something. -- but this is rare.

I have been using this software for several years and other than my own mistakes it has been faultless in determining my exact taxes, even when I had to refile for overlooked or somehow deleted items.
What's great about it: Extremely easy when using "guide me"
What's not so great: Slight difficulty when doing Ed Loans

What's not so great: does not automatically update, very hard to follow, not much of a refund i'm used to larger one :-(

Another Easy Year

As a member of the clergy, I have a more complicated return than most folks of the relatively low income I earn. Turbo Tax "gets" these complexities and produces an accurate return -- something I did not get years ago when I was using a competitive product.
What's great about it: The software covers everything I expect it to.
What's not so great: None

Smith Barney Investments

If I put down the data from Smith Barney, then if there is a question about the data why not ask Smith Barney who put this information on their 1099 forms. I am not equipped to answer how they invested my money.
What's great about it: I like doing the data entry in Turbo Tax.
What's not so great: Questions about investments.

Got new PC, copied (I thought) the file from old PC to new PC. and it appeared to recognize me for personnel data, but not all last year tax data
What's great about it: step by step data addition
What's not so great: did not pull all my data from last year
