Simple easy to use

Runs so quietly!

It leaves my glasses spotless and all dishes clean. It runs so smoothly and quiet that I did not even realize that a cycle had started. This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned.

Normal cycle does not work on mine

I had mine installed Dec 11th. The heavy cycle works but not the normal. Called Whirlpool today but unable to resolve.
