Ok for families without little kids

It’s not for families with little kids because the buttons are on the outside and easily accessible to little hands. My toddler is always messing with the buttons. It also doesn’t dry the silverware all the way on the heat dry cycle.

Quiet, thorough cleaning with hard-to-read control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is a good one. It cleans quietly and thoroughly. Like many current appliances, however, the control panel owes more to style than to function. The selectors for heavy vs. normal, for heat vs. air dry are very small letters on black. Worst of all is the "clean" marker, a very small white dot--with no way to let other family members know whether the contents might also be "dirty." Remember that many families include elders, youngers, and teens as well as the technician who mostly runs the dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
