Great look and does a good job when it works

Did not even last 2 years running average of one cycle per day. I'm not one to leave reviews but this is garbage. I guess mass-produced, as cheaply as possible, sacrificing quality, and marking it up 500+ percent is the name of the game.

Does not dry

Just had a second replacement and it still doesn’t dry. We have used a rinse agent as recommended and it is connected to the hot water. Overall it seems like a really disappointing design flaw and I generally have loved whirlpool in the past, maybe not so much anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excessively wet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one is legitimately disappointing. It was part of a group of appliances I received as part of a new home purchase. In all the times we've run the dishwasher, it has always, always left the dishes wet. I used to repair appliances for a living,.so I know the concept that plastic dishes don't dry on their own, but I'm also talking about silverware, stoneware, pots and pans, and glass. Literally nothing dries. It seems to do an ok job of actually cleaning most dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher was in my apartment when I rented. It does a good job cleaning the dishes and utensils. The racks don’t seem to dry completely when the cycle is over thus causing some dishes to be in need of drying.
