Small, no frills dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was part of the builder package in the new house I purchased. It seems to clean the dishes okay. It is small. The prongs on the top rack are close together, making it difficult to place large mugs or glasses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brand new /never worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overwhelmingly disappointed with whirlpool. We purchased a new home that came with whirlpool appliances. My dishwasher has never worked, contacted whirlpool and they sent a 3rd party technician out. The entire motor needs replaced. It takes an additional 6-8 days for the motor to arrive plus then rescheduling a tech to come fix it. When I asked whirlpool to replace it instead their answer was “ after purchasing a new whirlpool appliance we only warranty parts not replacement”. I will never purchase any whirlpool items in the future based on this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
