Makes the best freshest flour ever

I've been using this dry gains container to make healthy flour using inexpensive Wheat Berry. In no time, I have super fresh healthy flour, non-bleached and enriched like store bought. I've been freezing the Wheat Berries to make them more brittle prior to grinding, works better then room temp. If you want healthy flour, this is the ticket.

worthy addition to the Ascent bundle

I got this container as part of the Ascent bundle and have used it mostly to make flour (rye and barley) and breadcrumbs. I can't compare it to a grain mill but it did what looks like a good job to me - the flour came out fine and even. I don't know that I would have splurged on purchasing this if it *didn't* come with the bundle, but glad to have it. Have also used it for smoothie blending when I wanted a smaller container or the 64oz was in the dishwasher.

Good for its purpose

The blades in this are quite unique and they do a good job at dry ingredients compared to trying to use the regular container for it. Although it’s good, I don’t know if it’s necessary for the average household.

I don't have a frequent use for this container, but when I do....boy.....look out!!! This container turned my sprouted oatmeal into flour within seconds!!

I use it to make whole wheat and buckwheat flour from the grains. Smaller sizer container is better for blending. If you do not put enough grains inside the container, you will not get a fine blend as the grains do not get through to the blade.
