Attractive Style

I bought this to replace a GE range that was over 25 years old. I like to use cast iron cookware and don’t have gas as an option in my area so we need a electric coil range. This one fit the bill just perfectly and was an excellent buy!

Just had this range for a day and so far so good. It heats up quickly and very hot. I like the modern look of the stainless steel. I didn't want to buy a glass top range because of all the bad things about maintaining it clean and the hazard of the glass breaking. I cook a lot so I didn't want to go thru any trouble.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Basic - but Nice!

The computer board on my other oven went out and it wasn't worth fixing. I've had flat top stoves for 6 years now and while they look sleek - they come with limitations. I like stovetop popcorn, using cast iron pans, and my cooking habits had a tendency to leave scratches. I took the opportunity to go back to basics and picked up this GE range over Labor Day. So far - so good! I miss having a number pad to type in the oven temp, but whatever. It fits in well with my other appliances and is overall pretty solid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It seems cheaply made. The coils don't sit right . The top moves a bit from side to side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice basic stove...no bells or whistles..just a stove and oven that work easily..10 min to preheat to desired setting...cooks evenly...all I need for my family..
